We are a hosting site, which means we display your plan information in a searchable database rolled into a web application and inserted into likeminded websites. Visitors can search and purchase stock home plans you upload among websites we are integrated with. The bottom line for the customer is that Purchasing stock plans reduces the time and cost of paying for a custom home plan. We don't stop there. Within our system, we have a complete collaboration system which means customers can contact you directly through our "Ask the Designer" link or even use our built-in interactive modification app to doodle, redline over the top of your uploaded images so you can be certain to understand exactly their requests. From your side of the collaboration, you have the power to redline your own images in communicating your answers; this even includes the ability to quote an additional price and timeframe. Since we keep a neat and tidy collaboration thread, you will never lose a communication, quote, or follow-up. All collaborations are directly emailed to you because after all these are your customers, right? We handle all payment processing, so you don't have to. All you have to do is fulfill the order and receive a royalty check from us.
We are designers and care about designers.
From the inception of Portfolio Home plans it was important that our designers remain in full control down to adding and removing plans at your discretion, that is why our agreement with you is a simple end-user License agreement, not a complicated contract commitment. I consider our business model to be more of an extension of your own business and Portfolio Home Plans only a facilitator. Your quotes, prices, and communications are yours. We do not markup or get between you and your customer period.Most of all, we know what designers want because we are designers.
Presentation is everything.
Because we only display plan information, you do not upload complete construction documents. Final construction documents will only be required in fulfilling the order. You only upload image files, which include exterior images either renderings or photos, Floor plans that display a basic representation of layout and features. (Not dimensioned floor plans). You will also include Specifications and any special descriptions or notes. This is data which allow users to find your plan through search options. For example, Square footage, Width, Depth, Ceiling height etc...

Shipping Fees.
Shipping fulfillment fees for
example Ground, 2-Days,

How does this work?
Once you have access to our admin portal. You are now in the driver's seat. Change what you want when you want. You can even remove every plan you have uploaded whenever you want. (Not that you would want to.) :)
What kind of results can I expect?
Plan purchases typically take months of deciding and planning, which means that most plan sales take time in exposure before a purchase. Also, not all plans are winners as much as we like to think so. Our best advice to you is putting your best foot forward by presenting your work in the best light possible, and this means professional photos and renderings. Photos serve two purposes. 1. It proves the home can be built 2. it displays to the customer actual reality.

Are there any hidden fees?
NO! Designers are free to join and start uploading plans. Because you are in control, you can cancel anytime. Plain and simple. We only offer a onetime fee if you want to implement our app within your site. Which I may add is a fraction of the cost of developing something like this own your own.
